Rahel Huwiler, RMT | Halifax Clinic
Rahel is originally from Switzerland and moved to Nova Scotia as a child. She spends most of her down time getting outside to enjoy walks in nature, sipping on a delicious cup of coffee in a cozy cafe, and gathering with her friends and family.
Having experienced first-hand the many benefits of massage therapy and of all the other treatments available at multidisciplinary clinics while chronically ill, Rahel understands the importance of treating the whole person. This has created a deep interest in helping others and improving the quality of life for those with chronic illnesses. Given her caring and empathetic personality this led Rahel to completing a 2200-hour massage therapy diploma with honours to allow her passion of helping others to flourish.
Rahel is very eager to advance her RMT skills to focus on abdominal massages to help treat patients who suffer from pelvic health conditions, and will therefore be taking a course for this in November 2019.
