Roy Angel, RMT | Dartmouth Clinic
From a young age, Roy has had much experience dealing with sports related injuries and in turn has had his fair share of treatments from various healthcare professionals. Roy has a great appreciation for the work and dedication it takes to recover from injuries and how to deal with pain. After receiving steady treatments for shoulder and neck injuries he developed an interest helping people who deal with pain. In an effort to learn more about the anatomy behind his injuries and those of others he decided to pursue a diploma in massage therapy.
Roy has recently graduated from the 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma Program at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). Throughout his studies, Roy has developed an interest in treating neurological conditions and working with his patients to make their everyday activities easier and more enjoyable. He understands that every patient comes from different backgrounds, and he is eager to work with them to create a treatment plan that he will be able to tailor to meet their specific needs
He is excited to expand his knowledge as an RMT while treating patients dealing with various conditions. Roy is excited to be working at Choice Health Centre in their multidisciplinary clinical environment. He hopes that being part of a team of health care professionals of multiple disciplines will allow him to provide an optimal treatment approach for his patients. Roy is excited to be a new addition to the Choice Health Centre team and is accepting new clients.
